Article 2: Application and opposability of the general conditions of sale.
The fact of placing an order implies the full and unreserved adhesion of the purchaser to these general conditions of sale. Any condition to the contrary posed by the buyer must be expressly accepted by oz bouzigues.com.

Article 3: Protection of personal data.
All the information provided during your visits to the site www.huitres-bouzigues.com are strictly confidential. Huitres bouzigues.com undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to treat them in compliance with the law Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978.
These data will be used by our internal departments to process your order.

In accordance with the regulations in force and to ensure the security and confidentiality of their information, ores bouzigues.com does not memorize the bank details of its customers.

Article 4: Ordering.
Orders are final only when they have been confirmed by the total payment.

Accounting for orders:
From Monday to Thursday : orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day and delivered the next day before noon.
Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next day and are delivered the next day before noon.
Orders made on Friday after 11 am are taken into account on Monday and are therefore delivered on Tuesday before noon.

After validation of the order, any modification or request for cancellation by the buyer can only be taken into account until 12.30pm on the same day for orders placed before 11am, or the following day at 12.30pm for orders placed after 11am.

Modification of order: Any change of address, quantity or delivery date must be made to us by telephone and confirmed by mail before 12:30 the day of the shipment, the same day for orders placed the morning before 11 am or the next day before 12:30 for orders placed after 11:00

Order cancellation policy: For orders paid by credit card: with debit orders being sent to the bank every day at 12:30 pm, the withdrawal will not be made if the cancellation reaches us before 12:30. For any cancellation received after 12:30, any charges retained by the bank will be withheld from the amount returned to the buyer.

For orders paid by Paypal, the payment being immediate, the company ozres bouzigues.com will make a refund of the paid amount minus a deduction of 3.5% (amount of charges retained by Paypal).
In both cases, the company ozres bouzigues.com will not make any deduction for its own account.

Orders can only be honored within the limit of available stocks. In case of stock shortage, the company ozres bouzigues.com will contact the buyer; they will agree together on an amicable solution, for example: delivery of a product equivalent to the product initially ordered (other size for example); postponement of delivery to a later date; order cancellation.

In case of restriction of the marketing of the products following a prefectural or ministerial decree, the company ours bouzigues.com undertakes to reimburse the total amount paid by the buyer. No compensation may be claimed by the buyer at the company ozres bouzigues.com.

Article 5: Delivery.
Delivery in metropolitan France by a service provider approved for the transport of live animals within the deadline indicated on line according to the departments. Products can only be handed over to the addressee by hand and therefore can not be deposited or made available because of their perishability.

Delivery is expected in the morning before noon. If, however, an exceeding of the indicative delivery deadline were to take place, the carrier and / or the company ores bouzigues.com will contact the buyer in order to agree on a new delivery schedule. Any overrun of delivery periods can not give rise to any damages.
